With the Mariners crushing victory over the Texas Rangers 21-8, we might finally be seeing the emergence of the Justin Smoak we have all been waiting for. Smoak was 3-5 tonight with 2 HR, 1 2B, and 6 RBI. The Mariners might finally have a big power bat in the middle of the lineup that opposing teams have to game plan around. Alright I may be getting a little bit ahead of myself here, but if Justin Smoak can continue to put together these kind of performances, look out!
